🧡 A Little Funky, A Little Bittersweet… 🧡

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided that the Funk & Junk Festival will not be returning this summer.

This event has been so special to us, and we’re endlessly grateful to our sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and everyone who showed up and supported it. Because of you, we were able to give back to local nonprofits in a meaningful way — which was always the heart behind it all.

As the event grew, so did the costs, and unfortunately those expenses began to take away from what we could donate — making it the right time for us to close this chapter.

We’re so proud of what we built together and the impact we made. And who knows… maybe the funk will find its way back someday. ✌️✨

Until then — keep supporting local, keep spreading good vibes, and keep it funky. 🕺💫 We'll be brewing up new ways to continue supporting the incredible efforts of the Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation (SCAF) and the Stanwood-Camano Community Grant Chest powered by The Agency Camano Island and continue providing grants to nonprofit organizations doing vital work in the community.

Did you know that when you attend the Funk & Junk Festival, you're not just having a blast—you’re making a real impact right here at home?

This funky little festival isn’t just about swap meet treasures or groovy live music—it’s about giving back to our local community. 💛

We’re proud to partner with the RE/MAX Community Grant Chest, managed by the Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation (SCAF), to ensure that all proceeds from Funk & Junk directly benefit local nonprofit organizations doing vital work across our region.

Through this incredible collaboration, we have been able to raise and distribute $10,000 in community grants last year alone—fueling everything from educational programs and arts initiatives to basic needs and neighborhood support services.

💥 Since 2018, the RE/MAX Community Grant Chest has been helping fund projects that make Stanwood-Camano a stronger, more connected place to live—with the help of community-driven events like this one.

We’re getting ready to bring the funk and the junk back for another unforgettable day of vintage vibes, handmade treasures, tasty eats, and community fun at the third annual Funk & Junk Festival!
