The bleacher sale is officially live today, December 2nd, and closing December 16th at 9:00 a.m.. It's on the Public Surplus site under Outdoor Equipment > Montana > Judith Basin County Road Department. The link is below:

Again there are two (2) sets selling separately. Each set is 10 rows x 55' long seating approximately 300. Both sets were purchased new in 2012. Just for your reference, material cost alone for them at that time was $22,500 each. They are angle frame style and will have to be taken apart for transport. They are easily disassembled, but you will want whoever takes them apart to put them back together. You are responsible for removing and transport, and they must be gone by no later than April 15th.

BLEACHERS FOR SALE!!

2 sets of angle frame bleachers. 10 rows. 55’ long. Seat approximately 300 persons each. Excellent condition! Only being sold to make room for an upgrade in seating capacity at our county fairgrounds. Very functional and can be taken apart and moved. Need to be gone by mid April 2025. Adopt A Bleacher Update! “Price improvement” as realtors say on your bleacher adopting. You can now adopt a whole bleacher for $1,500 and a half bleacher for $750.



We hit a bit of stall in our campaign. The initial bleacher prices were quite simply based on the total cost of the bleachers divided by the rows. After visiting with people, those prices were outside the reaches for many of those who actually wanted to help us. We want everyone to be a part of this. We take this seriously as there have been several who have purchased already, so we want to especially thank them. We will give them special recognition for their extra contribution.



With all that being said, if you haven’t jumped in yet, now’s the time. We need to keep chipping away and get these bleachers in! You. Your family. Your legacy. A Christmas present. Tax benefit. Honor someone special. Just be a part of it. $1,500 for a whole and $750 for half and your name will forever be a part of the project.

We still have work to do to reach our goal, so if you haven’t been able to get in on this opportunity please contact us and be an everlasting part of the fairgrounds!
