For decades, this building helped tell St. Louis’ story.

Day after day, the presses inside The Post rolled, delivering headlines, history, and the moments that shaped our city. Today, those same walls have been reimagined into one of St. Louis’ most exciting gathering spaces.

On August 22–23, Foodies Eat First Fest takes over The Post for our biggest festival yet. Thousands of food lovers, dozens of incredible restaurants, live entertainment, local creators, and unforgettable experiences will fill the space.

There’s something special about celebrating the city’s food culture in a place that’s spent generations preserving its history. It’s a reminder that while the stories may change, St. Louis will always find new ways to connect.

The presses may be quiet, but this building is still making history.

THE FOODIES EAT FIRST FEST 2.2 LINEUP HAS ARRIVED

This year’s festival is taking over one of the most iconic buildings in our city, a place that spent decades telling the stories of St. Louis and the world through the pages of the Post Dispatch.

The presses may have stopped, but the stories continue and this time, they’re being told through incredible food, unforgettable experiences, and the chefs, restaurants, and creators who make our city special.

A celebration of food culture, our community, and the people who is the heartbeat of our city.

Here’s your 2026 lineup… and trust us, this is just the beginning.

As we reflect on Foodies Eat First Fest, we can’t help but thank our friends over at and for helping make Foodies Stay Fit possible.

There’s just something about starting the day with a good community running around town before diving into some of St. Louis’ best dishes. From the run to the food, it was the perfect reminder that this festival is about more than just eating but about bringing people together.
