What motivates the STLBlues music endeavors has always been the energy of our world class blues music scene. And the deep, rich history of our blues music culture. It's why STLBlues.net launched back in 2000, to showcase our music scene and to shine a spotlight on this art form we all love, the blues.
You may already know that I credit the Bluesweek festival as the genesis of the National Blues Museum. With the museum closing, the natural wave of music energy led to these NBM alumni jams as a way to say 'Farewell' to the NBM.

THE MUSIC ENDURES
Once again, the music is the genesis of a new blues music endeavor! In partnership with NBM Alumni Jammer Dave 'Smitty' Smith, I'm pleased to introduce you to Blues Forever - https://bluesforever.org.
Our purpose is simple: keep the Blues alive by performing it, teaching it, celebrating it, and passing it forward.
We hope you show up at this 'NBM Alumni Jam' June 6th at the new STL venue 'The Key STL Burger Bar & Boogie', a 'don't miss' show with 25+ musicians jammin'!! It's the 'final farewell' jam, and our first BluesForever.org production.
But it won't be our last!! The 'Sizzle Reel' - https://youtu.be/6dKMtl7-rrU
