Come out and support the vendors, band and the students that have their art on display in the RV Building! Come see the cars and tractors in the CAC parking lot!

Come see for yourself!!

We are excited to be a vendor at the 41st Annual Springhill 🪵 Lumberjack Festival this Saturday(October 11th) from 9am-4pm.

Y'all don't want to miss this festival! Along with tons of 🛍️ great shopping, there will be 🎶 live music, a 🚒 parade, an 🎨 art show, and 🚗 car show!

We will see you there!

Please remember this is subject to change!

Spaces 1-12 are on the right side of the street, opposite side from the stage. Spaces 17-22 are on the left side of the street, the same side as the stage!

Food vendors & vendors who requested to be inside are NOT listed here.

Anyone can come by Friday & see where your spot is. If you want to go ahead & set up your canopy & tables, you can. Please note that there will not be security on the grounds Friday night. (We have never had a problem before but there is always a first time and the festival will not be held responsible.)

I do have to work Wednesday & Thursday, if you have questions I will get back to you ASAP!

Attention Vendors!!!!

I know the list & map of assigned spaces should go up tonight BUT it will be tomorrow before it gets put up. When tomorrow…I do not know but I will get it up!

Here are a couple more things to know!

The food vendors and inside vendors will NOT be on the list.

We are planning on being at the CAC/RV park most of Friday. If you get a chance, come by & we can show you where you will be set up. If you know what time you are coming by, call or text me and i will make sure someone is there to show you!

If you are an inside vendor, once you know where you’re spot is…PLEASE unload your vehicle then move it to the back part of the parking lot to make room for others to unload!

The main road into the outdoor RV/vendor spaces will be closed off about 830am. If an emergency arises, please let us know. We will help you get out of the area safely.

We are planning for some young men to be with us to help get you unloaded Saturday morning if you need help. They should be able to help unload your car/truck and help with your canopy if needed.

As always, we will be around during the day to check to be sure you are ok. If you need anything, please let us know. We are looking forward to seeing you Saturday morning!

Where’s all our friends that say “If you need anything let me know?”

Well guess what! The Springhill Lumberjack Festival needs you! We are asking for volunteers to sit at the information table during the day of the festival. You can sit a hour or you can sit longer. I like to have someone there beginning about 8 am that morning until 3:30 or 4:00 that afternoon. We provide the table & chairs and even a canopy!

You will be selling t-shirts and answering any questions that may be asked! (Pointing people to the restroom is the #1 question!) Robert & I will be back & forth at the table throughout the day but we just need to know it is covered! You can bring a friend with you if you want!

Please let me know if you would be able to help, even if just for a hour or so! I will put a schedule in the comments and update as needed.

I sincerely appreciate anyone that will volunteer to help!!
