We are so excited that renowned chocolate historian Sophia Rea is returning once again for an all new chocolate experience taking place at The Opal House on the corner of 5th and Main during the festival! Cacao returns to Springfield for Dia de Los Mu***os - third year running. This year I’m bringing something specific: the drinking chocolate traditions of New Mexico. You'll get one Mexican drinking chocolate with cinnamon whipped cream & marigold with biscohitos and a chance to use a molinillo!

Del 15 de septiembre al 15 de octubre, celebramos el pueblo y la cultura hispana. Mientras planificamos el Día de Mu***os durante todo el año, damos reconocimiento adicional a los muchos países que están celebrando las fechas de independencia a lo largo de este mes. El Mes de la Herencia Hispana es una oportunidad para destacar las voces y experiencias únicas de los hispanos/latinoamericanos y reconocer su historia, viajes y logros.
