It just gives you somewhere to put it for a while. Whatever you brought today, you still showed up. So did they.

7 Things You Probably Didn’t Know About Mount Rainier 👀

1. Mount Rainier Half Marathon prices increase THIS SUNDAY!

2. Mount Rainier stands 14,411 feet tall, making it the highest peak in Washington.

3. It has more glaciers than any other mountain in the lower 48 states.

4. Mount Rainier National Park protects over 236,000 acres of forests, waterfalls, alpine meadows, and rugged mountain terrain.

5. Rainier is an active volcano. Don’t worry it’s closely monitored and hasn’t erupted in recorded history.

6. The famous wildflower displays peak in late summer and are some of the best in North America.

7. Our race starts at Crystal Mountain, home to Washington’s largest ski resort and some of the best views of Rainier anywhere.
