No, not really, we’re still waiting on the county to finish reading our paperwork. But watch this on loop and pretend you’re sinking putts while we keep nagging the permit office. We’re getting there, we promise.

We know many of you have been asking about The Sandtrap, and we appreciate your patience and support. Projects of this size take time, coordination, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work, but progress is being made every step of the way.

Our focus remains on creating a high-quality, family-friendly space that’s worth the wait. Thank you for sticking with us…we’re excited to share updates as milestones are reached. ✨

⛳️ We’re ready to swing, putt, and party… but first, we need one tiny thing:
PERMISSION.

That’s right — The Sandtrap is all teed up, but we’re still waiting on the official green light from the powers that be 🏛️.

So if you’ve got a cousin, neighbor, or best friend’s dog who works at Montgomery County Permitting and City of Houston Permitting, tell them we said “hi — and help?” 😂

The sooner they sign off, the sooner we can get this party started for Spring 77386.

Hi Community! Thanks for giving us a follow after our announcement this summer. We have been hit with permitting delays which has significantly impacted our construction timeline. While we’re anxious to swing putt and party with you, we will not be ready to do so until 2026. Thanks for your patience, continued excitement, and encouragement! Any confirmed updates we receive from permitting authorities and our general contracting team will be published here as soon as it’s made available.

Here’s your first look at the second floor bar area at The Sandtrap!

This space will feature five top-of-the-line golf simulators, ample lounge seating, a private party room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wraparound patio with plenty of seating to relax, take in the atmosphere, and hang out with friends. Whether you’re swinging, putting, or partying, the second floor is designed for unforgettable moments.

So Close… Yet So Far! ⛳️

The results are in from our Hole-in-One Challenge and Guess the Top 3️⃣ Challenge… and drumroll please… NO WINNERS! ❌

Not one ace 1️⃣, not one perfect podium prediction 🥉🥈🥇. Turns out predicting golf greatness is harder than it looks.

Still, we had a blast seeing everyone take their best swing at it — thank you for joining the fun and making Masters weekend even better with us!

We’ll be back next year, ready to tee it up again and maybe someone will finally take home the glory.
