Committee members met today for our first planning meeting for the 2026 Spring Grove Halloween Parade! (Yes… it’s only February! 🎃)

That’s a wrap.. the roads are open!

We thank everyone who contributed to this year’s parade in anyway! We couldn’t do this without the incredible community support we have 🧡

Some important updates for community members:

1) All food trucks will be at the VFW this year. Check in is at 3:00pm so food sales should be up and rolling by 4:00pm. The VFW is also open to the public and Friendship Hose Company #1 is selling food!

2) There will be a participant shuttle running prior to the parade. This will affect East St. and Pine Ave (please see the map below). The highlighted streets will closed down at 4:15pm. Parents - you may ride the shuttle with your children if they are in the parade!

3) All roads affected by the parade route will be closed to traffic at 6:45 pm with NO EXCEPTIONS.

4) Spring Grove Alliance Church on N. Main St will have their restrooms open to the public! There will also be portable toilets available in the VFW parking lot.

7) Be patient and kind! We know these traffic restrictions are frustrating but it is necessary for everyone’s safety.

📍 This year, ALL food vendors will be set up at the VFW, which will also be open to the public during the event!

IT IS PARADE WEEK‼️‼️‼️

A few house keeping items:

There will be several parking areas around the borough for those of you coming to see the parade.

These include the borough office, the grass field across the street from the borough office, the Spring Grove Area Middle School parking lot, the VFW parking lot, the Spring Grove Admin building, and the grass 6.7 acres across from River Rock.

Streets will be crowded due to residents affected by the parade route parking elsewhere, so please plan to park in one of the designated parking areas.

Food vendors: Check in is at 3:00pm in the VFW Parking lot.

Participants: PLEASE know your line up time and plan to arrive during that time block.
