Mason & Kae brought the magic of Moulin Rouge to The Boxcar Room, and every little detail was SO good!

From custom playbills featuring illustrations of the newlyweds to gorgeous red roses, heart-shaped napkins, and signature mocktails named The Red Room and The Green Fairy, their wedding was full of personality, romance, and a little theatrical flair.

If these photos tell us anything, it’s that the bar at The Boxcar Room tends to become a pretty popular spot on wedding day. It’s where signature cocktails get poured, wedding parties take some of their best photos, friends gather for a toast, and couples sneak away for a celebratory drink together. And with 27 feet of bar, exposed brick, warm lighting, and plenty of character, it also happens to make a pretty great backdrop.

Ladies Night Out with ECLIPSE POWER YOGA had a little bit of everything! And it was all for a great cause, benefiting NAMI Spokane

Guests started the evening with yoga before enjoying pop-ups from 𝐿𝑖𝑛𝑘𝑒𝑑 𝐶𝐷𝐴 － 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑃𝑒𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝐽𝑒𝑤𝑒𝑙𝑟𝑦 𝐸𝑥𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 , Rebecca | Spokane Fascia Stretch Therapy & Stress Relief , Lumen Photobooth Co - Spokane, WA and Slick Rock Tanning & Spa , food from Beacon Hill | Spokane’s Best Venue & Caterer , amazing auction items, flash tattoos by Fortunata Tattoo Studio and signature drinks from our bar. We LOVE seeing people take The Boxcar Room and turn it into something completely their own.

Steal this idea for your next company party! 🎲🍸 Corporate events don't have to be dinner, drinks and a few awkward conversations. Commerce Architects turned The Boxcar Room into a casino for their corporate party and we're still loving this idea!

Here's how they pulled it off:
🎰 Casino tables and games brought in by Entertainment Warehouse, Inc.
🎟️ Employees played for raffle tickets instead of money, with chances to win prizes
🍸 Genna kept the cocktails flowing behind the bar
🥪 Spokane Food & Events took care of the delicious food

Nobody warns you just how fast your wedding day goes. 🥹

You spend months planning every little detail. The flowers, the dress, the music, the seating chart, and all the moments you’ve been dreaming about. And then, suddenly, it’s here. You’re getting ready with your favorite people. Walking down the aisle. Saying your vows, hugging family, laughing through speeches, dancing with the person you just married, and before you know it, the night is coming to an end.

So here’s your reminder to pause throughout the day. Take a deep breath. Look around the room. Hold your new spouse’s hand a little longer.
