Thanksgiving Orders Are Open!

Let us make your holiday meal! Family meals start at $250 and can be customized for one person, a family of 15 or more, or anything in between. You can also order by the pan.

Choose turkey or ham, plus favorites like:

Collard greens
Sweet potato yams
Butternut squash and kale
Butternut squash gratin
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Green bean casserole
Scratch-made stuffing, including gluten-free
Every order includes our scratch-made cranberry sauce. Want it on its own? It’s $20.

We’re allergy-friendly and can accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free needs. Our gravy is gluten-free and dairy-free. Ask us about appetizers and more!

All pies are made with love by Made With Love Bakery. Order pickup will be at Made With Love Bakery on Dean Street.

Hello everyone! ❤️

I want to share something that feels really exciting, but honestly, also really scary.

Starting this month, I am officially going full-time with Compassion Catering LLC.

Compassion Catering has been my baby for more than three years now. I have poured so much of myself into this business, and I truly love what I do. I love the food, I love creating, I love serving people, and I love the people I’ve had the opportunity to meet along the way.

But if I’m being completely honest, I’ve held myself back.

The phone rings. We get inquiries. People ask about catering. We have people who want us for their weddings, celebrations, corporate events, private dinners, fundraisers, and so much more. But while working another job, I haven’t always been able to give Compassion Catering my full attention or operate at the capacity I know we’re capable of.

So this year, I’m taking a risk.

I’m choosing to give Compassion Catering my full attention, my time, my energy, and my focus.

That means I’ll be spending more time on advertising, connecting with people, building relationships, getting our name out there, engaging with our community, and—most importantly—being available when that phone rings.

This is a BIG step for me. And honestly… I’m scared.

There’s a lot of uncertainty that comes with putting your full trust into something you’ve built yourself. But I also know that sometimes growth requires you to take a chance on yourself.

So here I am. Taking the chance.

Compassion Catering is OPEN. We are booking, we are available, and I am going to be more available than ever to answer your calls, emails, messages, and inquiries.

And this is where I could really use my community. ❤️

And… it’s almost time for Thanksgiving! 🦃 We are officially booking Thanksgiving orders, and you can place your order right through our website or reach out to us by phone or email if you’d like some help.

Our Thanksgiving meals are made as take-and-reheat meal kits, so everything is prepared and cooked for you. All you have to do is follow the reheating instructions and enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving meal without all the stress of cooking!

This year’s menu includes:

🍊 Cranberry Mason Jar Sauce with Cinnamon & Orange

We got our first 1-star review. And honestly? We learned from it.

Our biggest lesson: never bend your business policies just because your heart wants to help.

We accepted a memorial with a very short turnaround because we wanted to be helpful. Our normal policy is a 3-week minimum, and now we understand even more clearly why that guideline exists.

When you don’t have enough time to properly plan, communicate, staff, prep, and execute every detail, it becomes much harder to deliver the experience you want your clients to have.

As chefs and business owners, you cannot let your feelings make every business decision for you. Compassion matter but so do boundaries, preparation, and knowing what you can realistically deliver.

So moving forward, we’re honoring our 3-week minimum.

Not because we care less.

Because we care enough to do it right.

We’re growing. We’re learning. And sometimes the hardest lessons become the most valuable ones.

Scott and Sue were truly one of the cutest couples to work with! 🥹❤️ So much fun, so much joy, and just an absolute delight from beginning to end.

This entire month has been such a joy, and this wedding was such a beautiful reminder of something I tell my couples all the time: when you give yourself time to plan, the little details have room to come together beautifully.

So this is your sign to BOOK YOUR WEDDING EARLY! 🙌🏽

Scott and Sue gave themselves the time to plan, communicate all the details, and think through all those little things that make a wedding feel personal and seamless. And it showed.

The wedding was beautiful. The couple was a delight. Their guests were so much fun. And getting to be part of it all was such a joy.

To all my future couples: the sooner you book, the more time we have to work through those little details and create something that feels uniquely YOU. 🤍
