Spokane Renaissance Faire

Spokane Renaissance Faire The Pacific Northwest’s fastest-growing Renaissance Faire. Knights. Taverns. Jousting. Music. Fantasy. Chaos. Community. It is I, your king. Henry VIII. Huzzah!

Join 20,000+ guests this October for a weekend you’ll talk about all year long. A Royal Message from King Henry VIII

Good day my loyal subjects. And as your anointed sovereign, the wellbeing of my people is foremost on my mind. Now I know what you may be thinking, “But he is a king! What could he possibly know how us common folk have suffered these many years?” Well, let it be of some comfort to

know that I too feel your pain. I myself have grown tired of sitting alone, staring at my tapestried walls. Of wasting away many an hour endlessly scrolling through messages in the library, or mindlessly watching whatever entertainment comes streaming through my great hall. Let’s just say the choices aren’t as prime as they used to be. And like you, I’ve had enough! I’m fed up with sulking! I’m finished with sitting about on my gout! Let there be music! Let there be revelry! I wish for there to be pastime with good company so that all the kingdom may regain its good cheer. I therefore decree that in the year of our lord October 4th & 5th, 2025, all villages must have festivals to brighten spirits! Queen Katherine and a small entourage, will be traveling to visit her good friend the Viscountess Lady Rebecca and will make a personal appearance in the town of Bainbridge. This is the 12th year of grand festivities and we are expecting the usual jousts, turkey legs, and large array of merchants and performers. I do, however, expect a bit more pomp and circumstance on the weekend of this visit with unique vendors and entertainment. My heralds will be sending notifications and posting updates on the Book of Faces as well as our web page, so please follow along, The Queen looks forward to meeting you where chivalry comes alive!

A surprising number of people came to the Spokane Renaissance Faire looking for a fun weekend and accidentally found an entire community.

Some met friends they still talk to years later. Some discovered hobbies they never expected to have. Some found a place where they could show up exactly as themselves and feel like they belonged.

The Faire lasts a weekend.

The friendships, traditions, and memories tend to stick around a lot longer.

What's something unexpected the Faire brought into your life?

One of the funniest parts of ticket launch day is watching the community wake back up all at once.

Within hours, people start coordinating weekends, sharing links with friends, talking about costumes, and making promises they're definitely going to stick to their budget this year.

History suggests otherwise.

Faire season is officially underway, and judging by the excitement already building, faire can't get here fast enough.

The waiting is over, faire season has officially begun.

Someone is about to become the designated trip planner whether they wanted the job or not. Fabric stores are about to see some things. New adventures are being planned, old stories are being told again, and October suddenly feels a whole lot closer.

Tomorrow morning, a lot of people are going to realize October suddenly feels much closer than it did yesterday.

Group chats are going to get busy. Friends are going to start making plans. Someone is going to send a ticket link with the message, "We're doing this, right?"

And before the day is over, a whole lot of people will officially have something exciting to look forward to.

Early Bird tickets go on sale tomorrow.

We're about to start an argument.

You can only keep three: jousting, taverns, the marketplace, live music, costumes, or food.

The rest disappear forever.

Choose carefully, because your answers are going to reveal a lot about you.

It always starts small.

A friend mentions Faire. Someone sends a post. Another person says, “We should actually go this year.”

Then somehow it turns into crowded pathways, marketplace adventures, running into people you haven't seen in months, and meeting people you'll end up seeing all year long.

The Spokane Renaissance Faire has a way of growing from a simple plan into one of the weekends people look forward to all year.

And the feeling that it's getting closer is starting to show.

This is how communities like this begin.

A stranger hands you a drink. Someone across the table teaches you a stitch that’s survived for centuries. Before the night’s over, you’re laughing with people who somehow already feel familiar.

That’s the magic hidden inside Spokane Entertainers Guild workshops.

Group chats across Spokane are currently becoming dangerously focused on October.

There’s a specific kind of excitement that starts with “tickets go on sale soon” and somehow turns into costume progress photos flooding your phone at midnight, tavern meetup plans forming three months early, and convincing your friends they’ll regret sitting it out again this year.

Less than a week until Spokane Renaissance Faire tickets return. The countdown to Faire season officially starts June 1.

Missed your chance to see The Wellermen last year?

This is your shot.

For one Friday night only, The Wellermen are coming to Knightfall at the Spokane Renaissance Faire. One night. One performance. One chance to catch them before they disappear from the region again.

Then Saturday night shifts into something completely different.

Derina Harvey is bringing the kind of massive Celtic sound built for late-night taverns, crowd singalongs, and voices that are gone by the end of the set. And Knorrwood returns to Spokane with the high-energy folk-rock chaos, drums, and stage presence that Faire crowds know how to rally around fast.

Friday night belongs to The Wellermen. Saturday night belongs to Derina Harvey and Knorrwood.

Tickets go on sale in one week, don't miss your shot to see these amazing groups at the lowest prices of the season.

Faire season is waking up fast.

Workshops are filling.
Travel plans are getting locked in.
Group chats are already trying to coordinate who’s camping where and which weekends everybody can make work.

And every year, somewhere in those conversations, Spokane ends up on the calendar.

Because by October, people want one more huge weekend before the season disappears into winter.

One more tavern night.
One more marketplace haul.
One more weekend surrounded by thousands of people just as committed to the bit as they are.

That’s the kind of energy waiting at the Spokane Renaissance Faire this fall.
