It's shaping up to be an incredible day for a wonderful cause that will benefit our community!

Vendor fair and basket raffle is coming up soon.

If you are a vendor or food truck please contact us for more information.

Vendor spots are only $20 (and a donation to the basket raffle)
Food trucks $45 (unless you already have a south Williamsport permit then it is only $20)

There is someone trying to post to contact them for vendor sign up. You should not be giving ANYONE other than the South Williamsport borough or Michelle Gibbs any contact info or money! They are the ONLY contacts to be giving anything to. If you have already done this, please contact me for the real vendor sign up! 570-666-2045

Registration is officially OPEN!! $20 to vendors and $45 to food trucks (that includes the $25 permit fee to the Borough. Registration Forms can be printed here or picked up and turned into the Borough of South Williamsport during normal business hours. You can contact Michelle Gibbs at 570-666-2045 with any questions, comments, or concerns. We are asking that all vendors provide a small item or basket for the Chinese Auction. We are so excited and hope for a great turn out.
