Cobweb Crew starts at 5:00 a.m.; Early Risers 7:00 a.m.
Rookie Runners start at 7:00 for an easier pace and shorter distance.
Walkers/Hikers start at 8:00 on a short course of around 4 miles.
SATURDAY:
BLUE-A-THON
On Saturday, May 30, at 7:00 a.m., it’s time to get some vert! Anyone who’s been to Workout Wednesday is no stranger to Blue Hill repeats. For the rest of you, it’s time to share that love. Early Risers will get going at 6:00. The segment is 1.2 miles in total with just over 400 feet of gain. Five repeats nets 6 miles and 2,000 feet of gain. Ten repeats will get you 12 miles and 4,000 feet of gain. The current record for repeats is 33 but Lucia will be starting in the wee hours of the morning to run 43 repeats to elebrate her birthday and to raise money for SquashBridge.
Not up for blue hill repeats? I’ve got you covered. Meet at Kimberly Bridge for the Kimberly Blue route instead (arguably a much nicer run).
Looking for a mid-week run? You’re covered. This week meet at:
Tuesday, 5:30 a.m., Michigan Road Lot
Wednesday, 5:30 a.m., Kimberly Bridge Lot
Thursday, 5:30 a.m., Michigan Road Lot
Friday, 5:45 a.m., John Jay Track

Trail Damage Report—the park has a new web app that will let you report downed trees and other trail issues in real time. If you see something, say something.
There are some long-sleeve tees, hoodies, and a Sunday Runs branded hooded blanket now available in the store though I’ll be updating that soon. High-res photos for social media posts are at sundayruns.org/pics
Hope to see you out there.
