Terra Trophy and King of The Hammers join forces for the 2026/2027 season as a support series for Ultra4 Racing. Terra Trophy Rally is a 4WD endurance rally series catering to street legal vehicles of all types and builds.

June 10th, Terra Trophy and Ultra4 hit the streets of Hazard, KY for a main street block party to showcase teams and sponsors for the Ultra4 Nationals in October. Afterwards, registered teams will make the drive to the Thunderdome Short Course to receive first look and first laps at the home for Ultra4 Nationals in 2026.

June 12-13th will be rally days for the Maxxis Tires 48 Hours of Kentucky Endurance Rally. This rally will cover over 550 miles across the toughest terrain in Kentucky, including Leatherwood Off-Road Park, Hollerwood Park, Harmin Hills, and hundreds of miles of trails thanks to DBBB.

The Appalachian Overland Triangle will act as the home base for the 48 Hour rally and prerunners will have to days of hot lapping on the 1.5+ mile short course on site.

One lucky local from Kentucky with the top finishing spot will receive a FREE seat at King of the Hammers in 2027 in a Can-Am Off-Road thanks to Ultra4 Racing.

And if this wasn't enough, Terra Trophy will join Ultra4 Racing in 2027 to host the first rally at King of the Hammers open to all offroad enthusiast and help as a supporting feeder series for Ultra4 Racing.

Something about those pre-rally morning vibes.

It is hard to describe those early morning feels before the green flag drops. Last minute bolt checks, dialing in air pressures, reviewing maps one last time. The nerves start rolling in as engines warm up and the game face goes on.

The list just keeps heating up for the Maxxis Tires
48 Hours of Kentucky! 🔥

Campground jokester and rally spirit animal Julio Salazar is back in the Huffman's Fab Big Tire Class with his wild Jeep Wagoneer!

Rally.369 team driver JR Perez returns to Terra Trophy after missing round 1 at Windrock. His WJ is currently under the knife getting new axles for the Z1 Off-Road Small Tire Class!

Clint Smith joins the action in Kentucky in his Big Tire Class JKU after fuel delivery issues in his Unlimited buggy at round 1! We are excited to see him back at it!

Charlie Hamilton joins his first TT in the Small Tire class in the FIRST IFS Toyota of the season! We are very excited to see his 4Runner locked in!

Lastly Sanford Lieberg joins the action in Big Tire in his Jeep JKU! While it is Sanford's first rally, he has a ton of experience in this terrain and will be pushing for a solid finish.

2x King of The Hammers winner and solid axle ace, Erik Miller is joining the action for the Maxxis Tires 48 Hours Of Kentucky June 11-14th!

Erik will be piloting the #21 OPTIMA Batteries Jeep JKU in the Huffman's Fab Big Tire Class. With an already stacked field of Big Tire vehicles, even Mr. Miller will need to bring his A-game in Kentucky.

The weekend is here and it's time to hit the trails!

We are in Kentucky and mapping has begun for the Maxxis Tires 48 Hours of Kentucky! Yesterday we spent our time mapping in the amazing Leatherwood Off-Road Park. From wild natural rock gardens, crazy river runs, and neverending hill climbs, this place delivered it all! And this is just 15% of the route 😉

We can't wait to share some teasers of the route, but for now, enjoy some shots from Round 1!

Buggy? Truggy? Daily driver? UTV? There is a million ways to build a 4WD and that is why Terra Trophy has multiple classes with basic rules to allow all types of 4WD vehicles.

No matter if it is your first ever rally or you are a pro driver, everyone is welcome to join at any event! Simply go to our site, find the class for you, find an event, and come rally! It's that simple!

The driver list for Kentucky is stacking up FAST!

Current points leader and round 1 winner Craig Doyle is back in Huffman's Fab Big Tire Class hunting for another win.

The Martin brother duo of David Martin and Wesley Martin and back in Z1 Off-Road Small Tire as team 96 after a solid rally at Windrock Park!

Kentucky local Alex Hamilton is joining the Big Tire Class in his Jeep LJ and hoping for a solid run in his backyard.

Big Tire Team 06 of Jesus Leon is locked in for Kentucky after missing round 1 due to engine failure in route to Tennessee. We are hoping he has a much better weekend at round 2.

There is something special about getting a field of teams together to push drivers, vehicles, and skills levels to the limit.

The Terra Trophy was created to give 4wd enthusiast a safe place to get into the offroad motorsports world without big overhead or need for a race car. From daily drivers to proper built buggies, TT has a class for everyone!
