Stay fueled on the run course! 💦🏃

There will be one aid station on the run that runners will hit twice, once at about the 1/2-mile mark and again at around the 2-mile mark. The aid station will have water, Gatorade and GU packets.

Bike Course Recon 👀🚴

The 11.12-mile bike course is completely closed to traffic on county roads and is an out-and-back with a connected lollipop loop. It will be flat and fast.
Roads will reopen at 10AM on race morning

Swim Course Recon 👀

The swim course is roughly 500 meters, including the waterslide. You will have TWO Aussie exits and the finish by running up the beach and into transition. Wetsuits are permitted down the slide. 🏊

What does a waterslide swim start look like?! 🛝💦

You will walk up an 84-foot path to the top of the slide. We will perform a time trial start, with three athletes going down a slide every 15 seconds. Athletes can lie down with arms crossed or sit up. And we suggest you plug your nose as you enter the water! 👃

Screams and WOO HOOS are encouraged! 🤪

What is an Aussie Swim Exit?! 💦

During the swim, there are two sections in the course where swimmers will need to exit the water, run/walk a short distance along the sand, and dive/walk back into the water.
