Today marks 25 years since September 11, 2001.

For those of us in small towns and rural communities across America, that day may have happened far from home — but it was felt everywhere.

We remember the lives lost, the first responders and everyday heroes who stepped forward, and the families who carried unimaginable loss.

We also remember what followed: flags on front porches, neighbors looking out for one another, and communities standing together with pride, compassion, and strength.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember.

We still honor.

And we will never forget. 🇺🇸

🍕🥨🍔 ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS: B**R NEEDS FRIENDS.

Mountain Misery Brewfest is coming to the Mother Lode Fairgrounds Saturday, October 17, and we’re looking for a few more food vendors to round out the menu.

We already have BBQ and Mexican food covered, so we’re looking for something different to bring to the party — burgers, pizza, pretzels, sandwiches, desserts, snacks or something completely unexpected.

We only want one vendor per food type, so if you’ve got something that belongs alongside a cold craft b**r, now’s the time to get your application in.
