Hi friends!! Ok I’ll start this by saying that organizing and hosting the Vegan Market has been such a joy, an honor, a pleasure, a community-building success, and a friendship making vehicle that I have not taken for granted. As with most chapters, there must come an ending. As much as I’d love to do it all, I’ve come to the conclusion that I indeed can no longer do it all. I’ve been running the Vegan Market since 2018 by myself with the exception of a few volunteers on market day. And this whole time, I’ve had an entire other business that has operated alongside the market. Soy Much Brighter Candle Co. is my first baby, my main girl, and what I’ll be focusing on moving forward. I have a brick and mortar and a workshop/creative space built into that business that needs more of my attention right now. Also also also!! I’ll be getting married and hopefully procreating in the next year or so. As you can imagine, I’m gonna be busier than ever! And unfortunately that means I have to let go of the Vegan Market.

Buuuut that doesn’t mean the market has to go away. There is so much substance to what I’ve built alongside the community here and I’d love to hand the keys off to someone else who can continue its legacy. I’m up for showing you the ropes and passing on my contacts, email list, vendor list and tips and tricks of the trade. So, I’ll be selling the Vegan Market, if you’re interested reach out to me at [email protected] or DM me and we can chat about it!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Vegan Market yesterday! I know it’s tough to travel in the snow and we are so grateful to those who did. Our makers and bakers and cooks work so hard to bring you the best vegan goods and art and treats and tasty foods, it’s so nice and special to see them supported and celebrated.

This community is so important and vital and kind. I know I can speak for our vendors and myself that we are all so grateful for you. It’s hard work putting on these events but seeing how happy yall are during the market makes it all 1000% worth it.

Thank you to our artists and food makers! These are events don’t exist without you. And thank u to for making our events smooth running and giving us a space to gather 💖
