Hi! Remember me? Formerly known as Chef Terra, now I am Terra Nicolle. In the 3-ish years since I retired as a Chef through trauma I am occasionally asked if I miss the Pelican; the truth is the only thing I miss is y'all. And maybe that Tuna Melt. 😉

Today I am anew. Proudly standing before you to say hello! I am here to re-introduce myself and show you the ways I have found to nurture you again. I invite you to explore my new website and discover where my passion reignited (hint: I am still serving folks hungry for something different). Find a new kind of YUM in your life!

I am so grateful for the kindness and support you've shown me from before we opened the Pelican and still. I am proud of what was created and feel like I left a bit of a legacy in Historic Downtown Snohomish. Did you know the kitchen I built is still being used to create delicious offerings from local chefs? That feels great to me, may they feel the love I left there for them.
