I discovered my love for shrimp in Sneads Ferry, NC! I try to make their annual festival every year. The Sneads Ferry Shrimp Festival celebrates the village’s deep roots as a commercial fishing and sh*****ng community. It was started to honor local watermen and their way of life, the festival brings together fresh shrimp, music, and coastal traditions that have defined Sneads Ferry for generations.
