Have you ever dreamed of owning your own event venue? This may be your opportunity!

We are excited to offer The Loft for sale as a turnkey, established event venue for $25,000.

The Loft has become a wonderful space for celebrations, showers, parties, weddings, corporate gatherings and special events, and we're looking for the right person to take the reins and continue growing what has already been established.

This is an opportunity to step into an operating business without having to start from scratch.

The sale includes completed venue upfit, furniture and equipment, along with the established business, existing operations and systems, future bookings, and other business assets included in the sale.

The ideal new owner could be an event planner, wedding professional, decorator, entrepreneur, or simply someone who loves bringing people together and has dreamed of owning an event space.

The Loft is not closing. Our goal is to find the right new owner to continue the business and take it into its next chapter.
