Social justice, especially racial justice, is an inextricably linked aspect of climate justice. We need people of Smyrna to support both a just and equitable society and also a healthy, safe environment.

Tomorrow Smyrna will be having an educational, youth-led Black Lives Matter Rally from 3-5:30pm at Taylor-Brawner Park.

If you are able, wear a mask and come out to listen, support, and learn about what we can all do to work towards an end to systemic racism.

Hope to see you there! ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak that has been spreading throughout Georgia, many large gatherings in the upcoming weeks have been cancelled.

The Smyrna Earth Day Festival will follow suit with other Smyrna events and postpone our event until the outbreak situation gets better. We will keep the planning on hold and have it sometime in the upcoming months.
