We are doing shoutouts for all of our Jr. Fair 4-H clubs, along with our FFA Clubs and Girl/Boy Scouts in our county! They are the heart of the fair and deserve all the recognition for the hard work that they put in all year between projects, paperwork, booths, the parade, and everything in between.

The first FFA club we are posting is from Edison! “Our officers are as follows President: Bella Evans, vice president: Maddie Granitir, Treasurer: Noah Lucas, Secretary: Ellie Richard’s Reported: Adrianne Granitir, Mimi Ault Student Advisor, Sentinel: Kole Riley, Historian: Leila Sudvary, Chaplin: Chloe Cornish. The program started in 1963-64 school year.”

Get ready for our off-road barrel racing this year at the Jefferson County Fair! It is Wednesday, August 19th at 6:30 in the grandstands. Registration is from 5-6 and the drivers meeting is at 6:15. See you all there!

Here are our Jr. Fair Judges for the 2026 Jefferson County Fair. We are excited to have them to help celebrate the hard work each and every exhibitor has put into their projects this year!

Our cheering competition is August 20th at 5pm! Everyone is welcome to come watch and support the teams competing. To register a team, please contact Makenzie Householder at 740-317-0292. See you all then!

The fifth Jr. Fair 4-H club we are posting is 4-H Varieties! “4h Varieties were founded by Faye Bebout and was one of the first clubs in the county. Therese club fizzled out in the 90s but restarted in 2015 by Faye’s great granddaughter, Joelle bensie. The club has 10 members and take pride that they are a family and focus on team building and excellent sportsmanship. The club would like to wish OG member, Kylie Watt, a wonderful senior year! We hope the memories you have made with the club hold a special place in your heart like you do ours 🍀”

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Joe’s Speedway racing yesterday! It was a beautiful day with great racing. See you all at the fair!

We are doing shoutouts for all of our Jr. Fair 4-H clubs, along with our FFA Clubs and Girl/Boy Scouts in our county! They are the heart of the fair and deserve all the recognition for the hard work that they put in all year between projects, paperwork, booths, the parade, and everything in between.

The fourth Jr. Fair 4-H club we are posting is Town & Country! They have been a club for 11 years, their youth take a variety of still projects and T&C youth will have all species on the fair grounds this year. They have 53 members. The clubs favorite 4h activities are the overnighter and iron chef.
