Course and weather update: Expect a temperature near 70 degrees at race time, warming up throughout the morning to nearly 90 by noon. Gusty south winds over 20 mph are forecast.

Our course is nearly all on rock road, which is in good shape overall. There are some rough areas, but little or no deep powder. In the last 3 miles, cyclists especially should watch out for a couple of dirt/muddy areas. And the last mile is pretty rough, but it should at least be dry this year!

Use extreme caution and watch for tractors, trucks, and other agricultural vehicles which may be on the roads. Be safe and have a great race!

We have re-opened registration for late entries. T-shirts are not guaranteed, but you can sign up online to run or ride in our race. You can also sign up on race day, but register online to beat the last-minute rush:

The Race to the Center Half Marathon is on Saturday September 13, 2025. It includes the following events: Half Marathon Running, Half Marathon Biking, and 10k Run.
