War Point Scenarios

As many folks have seen, the full War Point Scenarios will not be printed in the Event Guide this year.

This was not an easy decision, and I have heard many of the concerns raised. I share some of them. However the full War Point Scenario document is large (very thorough), and including it in the printed guide was not feasible in a way that kept it legible and reflecting the intention of the crowns.

The full document is available online (https://www.pennsicwar.org/2026/05/31/pennsic-53-war-scenarios-tournaments/) as well as as a PDF (at the bottom of the linked page). It can be downloaded and printed before the event at home, at the library, or wherever works best for you. Printing will also be available on site at CLIC for a fee.

QR codes linking to the applicable website pages for the various activities at War will also be available in Martial Activities spaces for those using phones or other devices on site.

To help address concerns about access, during the event there will be a printed reference copy of the War Point Scenarios available in each staffed martial discipline tent. These copies are intended to remain in the tents for everyone’s use. Please do not remove them from the tent, as doing so limits access for other participants.

Volunteers Needed for Inspection Point at Pennsic War!

Want to help make Pennsic happen? Join the Inspection Point MOL team!

The Pennsic War is one of the largest events in the Society, and it runs entirely because volunteers step forward to help. Inspection Point is seeking friendly, dependable volunteers to assist with welcoming attendees and helping keep operations running smoothly.

No experience is necessary!
We will provide all training on site, so both newcomers and experienced Pennsic veterans are welcome.

Volunteering at Inspection Point is a great way to:
* Meet new people from across the Known World
* Learn more about how Pennsic operates behind the scenes
* Support the event and the community that makes it possible
* Give back while having fun

Whether you can spare a few hours or several shifts throughout War, your help makes a difference.

Greetings unto all those attendees who will be living their dream through Martial Activities this Pennsic: There has been a change.

The one source of all and complete information regarding the War Point Activities will be the Pennsic Website. (See link below) Aside from dates and times there will be no specific information in the Event Guide. There will be a link to the website in the guide, which will also be posted where Martial Activities take place. If you require a hard copy of this information please print it out before coming to Pennsic.

Division highlight - Cultural Affairs

Pennsic War is more than just the battlefield! Did you know Pennsic staff has a whole division dedicated to various cultural aspects of our organization?

Step into Cultural Affairs at Pennsic—where curiosity, creativity, and community all come together.

At Pennsic University, you can dive into just about anything that sparks your interest. Language classes, hands‑on crafts, armoring, fighting techniques, history, art—there are so many classes it’s impossible to list them all. If you’ve ever wanted to learn it, someone here is probably teaching it.

Family Point is the place where kids, teens, and parents all find something to enjoy. Activities are tailored by age, with plenty of moments designed for the whole family to share.

Over at Performing Arts, the Amphitheater and Three Crowns Stage come alive with comedies, tragedies, showcases, and choirs that fill the evenings with music and stories.

If you’re feeling active, you can jump into European or Middle Eastern dance, stretch out in a yoga class, sway your way through a Hafla, or dress up for a Ball.

And when you’re ready for a little friendly competition, Medieval Games let you test your skill—or your luck—with challenges that reach back to ancient times.

Cultural Affairs at Pennsic: learn something new, try something fun, and make memories that last long after war ends.
