Hi Friends,
The after action debrief and potluck party for all volunteers that helped with Tunnel Days is next Thursday July 24th at 5 p.m. at Sky Artworks. I know there are a lot of folks out there that helped with this event, and you are invited to celebrate with the planning committee. Tunnel Days will provide drinks and ribs (by Jimmer). Guests are asked to bring potluck side dishes. There is a Chamber of Commerce meeting prior to this party. See you all at Sky Artworks on Thursday!!

Hi Friends,
As you know, Tunnel Days this year was a huge success. This was due to the tireless efforts by our planning committee, and we will honor you on July 24th at SA at 5:00 after the Chamber meeting. The event will be an after-action debrief meeting and a potluck dinner. Tunnel Days will provide drinks. We can discuss what things were good and what things might not have been. I have already had some feedback regarding the music starting earlier, and there are bound to be other ideas. Please join us in celebrating your success. A great big thank you to all of you.

Wow, what a great day. Weather was not a factor, and a good time was had by all. Thank you to everyone who made this event such a success. There are many hard-working volunteers involved in this event. They deserve a round of applause. If anyone is interested, you can rewind the rail cam and watch the parade and Cossacks. What a great show. You can rewind for 12 hours. The time stamp is 11:13 for the parade.

Hi Friends,
Don't forget, part of Saturday's Tunnel Days event will be a Railroad Swap Meet at the school starting at 9 a.m. Start your day with a Pancake Breakfast, do the Fun Run on Old NE Cascade Highway then head on over to the Swap Meet. Mike has between 15 and 20 vendors lined up to sell their Railroad Memorabilia.

Please join the "tent set up" party Friday June 20 at 2 p.m. The tent for the band will be located between the Hotel and the Post. The Tunnel Days pop up goes on the corner of 5th and RR Ave. We need a crew of able bodied folks to help. See you all there!
