Simsbury High School Battle Of The Bands Simsbury High School has hosted a Battle of the Bands since 1987 for students gifted in the musical arts. Come support your friends in a night of awesome music!

Any band with at least half of its members enrolled in Simsbury High School can audition for one of 5 slots to compete for the grand prize...$400! Second place gets $250 and the three runners up get $75 for each band. Almost every band creates an original tune and performs great covers of multiple genres; mainly rock, but some hip-hop, even rap, reggae, dance tunes, blues, and an occasional jazz song. You don't want to miss Battle of the Bands!
