It's a Rave!

Well, another Nativity Walk in the books. We had folks tonight from all 5 Wallace Churches, Wallace Church of Christ, Osburn Seventh-day Adventists, St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Wallace Church of God, and Victory World Outreach, plus American Lutheran Church (Thank you for bringing the soda and cookies and some music,) the Cataldo Mennonites, and a warm thank you to those from the Pinehurst Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and all the folks from around Wallace and the Silver Valley who came too. THANK YOU EVERYONE.

And if you've never heard the Mennonites sing, it was truly a Christmas Blessing to have them. We'll work to have them back again in Wallace. They are a real Wow!

As hard as these past days have been here in the whole Valley for everyone, it was a true Christmas joy to come as one group to share the real meaning of Christmas together.

Our prayers are with the whole Valley.

It was truly a most beautiful night.

Thank you and Merry Christmas!

ps... THIS SUNDAY is SILVER SPLENDOR
4pm @ Vwo Silvervalley 215 4th St in Wallace.

It'll be a lot of fun and different this year in a good way. Especially getting to hear some Christmas on the Historic Pipe Organ. And remember too, the Idaho Panhandle Film Festival will be on hand with tickets available for their upcoming event in April. Even a little Hanukkah.

You don't want to miss this year's Splendor.

And just to be clear, it's not all Church music either. There's going to be a Grombie. And great music of all kinds.

See you on Sunday.

pss... There is a Church door in the Silver Valley waiting for you to walk in and Jesus our Saviour born, ready to give your heart a great big hug and change your life. Don't be shy.

Hey Folks

A Reminder

Tonight Avista is sponsoring the Burger meal until 5pm at the Elks.

After Dinner there, come walk over to the white church on 4th & Pine for the Historic Wallace Church Nativity Walk, starting at 5pm. We'll wait for you.

I think we all need some extra Christmas comfort about now too.

There'll be a short Walk from VWO to St. Alphonsus and ending at United Church of Christ. We heard from the Cataldo Mennonites this morning too. They're still coming to sing at the end. What a Treat that is.

Fill up at Elks and then come Walk it off. It's a chance to see the insides of Wallace's Historic churches too.

It'll be nice to be among friendly faces and share the real meaning of Christmas.

See you tonite.

Updates on Christmas Events...

Sir Andrew's Day, this Sunday the 14th, has been cancelled due to, too many participants being affected by flooding.

However, good news, Hunter Strobel, Kellogg music teacher, will now be performing with Julian Louw at Silver Splendor on December 21 at 4pm. But the most important part is surprising and honouring some deserving folks in the Silver Valley. Sir Andrew's will be rescheduled.

All the other events are still a go as scheduled. Even the Cataldo Mennonites are still coming to the Historic Wallace Church Nativity Walk on the 19th. And we also have a special guest playing the Historic Wallace Pipe Organ on the 21st too. Silver Splendor this year will have the best music yet.

Our hearts go out to the flood victims. And if you're someone needing extra cheer or you now have new needs, please feel welcomed to come to any or all of the upcoming Christmas Events.

And again, the only event affected and canceled is this coming Sunday's Sir Andrew's Day.
