We can not thank our brothers and sisters from SFD for the generous donation to such a magical place. Camp I’m Still Me, is a camp created for children who have been bitten by the dragon we call fire. These kids are the true heroes in life. The camp is 100% free, so these heroes can just be kids again. Remember, not all heroes wears capes.

We are excited to showcase the 2019 BKMC Trail Run shirts benefitting the children’s burn camp/foundation, Camp I’m Still Me. We can not thank Creative Advertising enough for creating such a beautiful product. The 2019 BKMC will be April 27 at Lake Bistineau State Park. We can not wait to see everyone there.

My boy Colin at 556 Tactical LLC and Evans Financial Group are doing great things for our veterans. If you are a veteran or a spouse of a veteran make sure to go an be a part of a special event. Regardless of what uniform we wear we are all brothers and sisters. We within the fire service salute all those who have served. 🇺🇸🦅

We hope that everyone is out enjoying the beautiful trails that we have to offer within our great area. We here at BKMC Trail Run are already starting to get things geared up for 2019. We are getting with the creative minds at Creative Advertising to come up with a Legen....... wait for it......dary shirt for next year. We are also looking for those who want to be a part of something magical and become a sponsor. Your sponsorship not only is tax deductible but it will also be used to help fund Camp I’m Still Me. And good morning Facebook world, we hope that everyone is having a great start to the work week. It’s getting about that time, we will be starting to get things rolling for the 2019 Burn Run. The camp may be once a year but the giving is year round. If you or anyone you know would like to be a sponsor, shoot us a DM. All contributions and sponsorships are tax deductible. Help support not only a local charity but also a magical place for those kids ages 5-18 who have been tragically burned.

We can not thank everyone enough for not only participating in the Burn Run but also the 1st annual BKMC Trail Run. Yesterday we were more than happy to present Camp I’m Still Me with a check for $92,000. It was great to see old friends and to meet new ones. Met and absolutely beautiful little girl who is a courageous young lady who has been bitten by the monster we call fire but she is also an avid LSU fan. GEAUX TIGERS. Disney has it all wrong as this is the most magical place on earth. So thank you all from the bottom of my heart! We can not wait til see y’all next year.
