Dear Humans,
Fall has officially arrived at Brooks Estate.

The leaves are changing.
The evenings are cooler.
The firepits are glowing again.

And I, Enzo, have entered my favorite season.

After many years of professional autumn experience, I feel qualified to offer the following Fall Survival Guide to all estate visitors.
Please review carefully.

🍂 Rule #1: Stay Longer Than You Planned
This happens naturally in the fall.
You arrive for:
“just one glass.”
And suddenly:
• there’s live music
• someone orders flatbread
• another bottle appears
• the firepit gets going
• nobody wants to leave
This is normal seasonal behavior.

🔥 Rule #2: Firepit Seating Is Prime Real Estate
Choose wisely.
Blankets, w**e, cool air, crackling fire, good conversation…
Honestly, the estate becomes dangerously cozy this time of year.

🍷 Rule #3: Red W**e Season Has Returned
I’ve noticed a dramatic increase in guests saying:
“This feels like fall.”
Usually while holding red w**e near a fire.
Very strong atmosphere overall.

🐾 Rule #4: Black Cats Become Extra Powerful in Autumn
As you may know, my influence increases significantly between now and Halloween.
I expect additional admiration during this period.
Please remain respectful.

🎶 Rule #5: Slow Down
This may be the most important rule of all.
There’s something about fall at Brooks Estate that makes people pause a little more:
they linger at tables longer,
they laugh more softly,
they watch the sunset,
they put their phones down,
they relax.
As someone who observes humans professionally, I highly recommend it.

So if you’ve been needing a peaceful evening lately, come spend one with us.
Order a glass of w**e.
Sit by the fire.
Listen to music.
Watch the leaves move through the estate.

And if you happen to spot me making my rounds through the property, know that I am simply ensuring autumn operations are running smoothly.
