Looking for recommendations. Recently we attended the Big Blue Barbecue at the Fairgrounds & there was an inflatable for the kids. Well, we have Food, Shopping, a Car Show, Entertainment, live Demonstrations...what about the kids? I found just a slide to rent for $175 (that wouldn’t include a possibly non-profit discount) & that’s still a little salty when we’ve used up our budget already. I’ll ask Clubs if they wanna donate so we can have it wherever we get quotes from & id like to stay local BUT I’ll go with the best deal because at the end of the day we are a non-profit. Every penny we spend, is less $ that goes into the community. This may not happen if I cannot find a good price! Bottom line!

Next year’s date will be Saturday May 2nd, 2020!

If you have a sign, these will be re-used next year! Someone will be by (if they already haven’t & pick it up) so they can be re-used! If you would like to keep it to put back out, let someone know as that would save on leg work next spring and be appreciated for sure!

New Vendor Forms will be updated & emailed to this year’s Vendors in the coming weeks for “first dibs” in 2020 and then the Event will be opened up to New Vendors. A new Event Page will made & Everyone please be in there for updates, Flyers, changes, etc.
**There were just a few no show/no calls. I do keep track of these across the board no matter what Event I’m working on/involved in and these Vendors are not Invited back. **

Someone said “Hey why don’t you add a car show next year?” Holy Cow yeah I would be a gluten for punishment! If Shelby Shifters or ?? just did it I’d be up for it but this gal already planned Vendors AND a car show and the same time once for something else. 🤪 !! So, this is a BIG Maybe!

Thank You to EVERYONE for a fantastic 2019! I think despite the weather we had a terrific turnout this year!
