The Cranberry Festival Committee and volunteers at the Shady Rock School would like to say THANK YOU to everyone for everything you did to help make this year’s festival a success. Friday night was amazing and we had a great crowd enjoying supper and then the auction. While the weather on Saturday wasn’t idea and we didn’t have quite the outside vendors and crowd we originally were supposed to have, we can’t control Mother Nature. The building just isn’t big enough to hold everyone, but it was booming with people. For those who came out and set up outside despite the weather, thank you. We hope you will come back again next year. We all know there is a risk of bad weather when we get started. There is so much work that goes into our little festival and we couldn’t be successful without our community showing up and supporting us. God even gave us a rainbow during the parade and what a beautiful reminder that was to see. Now let’s take a Sunday nap to recover and start preparing for next year tomorrow.

Quick update regarding the festival:

We will still have the festival even in the rain! We are still praying the weather turns.

But unfortunately the Inflatables will not be here tomorrow. Because of the high winds called for, we thought it best.
As of now, the putt putt will still be here and will be no charge for the kids to play.

We still hope to see you this weekend.
