This week we're talking guest count, the number that shapes nearly every other decision.

Not every invited guest will attend, and a room that holds 100 standing may seat far fewer at tables.

Your final count affects food, seating, parking, and how the room feels, so confirm it before you lock in your menu.

Alcove Insider

Welcome to Alcove Insider, our new weekly series sharing the event planning tips we've learned from years of celebrations.
