Nature School of York is seeking a part-time licensed therapist or certified school counselor to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.

This flexible position will support our PreK–9th grade learners through one-on-one and small group work, while also partnering with teachers to strengthen student support across the school day. As a relationship-based nature school, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, connected, understood, and supported.

This role aligns with our ongoing commitment to whole-child education and our efforts to ensure that every learner has access to the support they need to grow, belong, and thrive.

There’s nothing better than seeing our students hard at work in their class gardens. 🌱

They’re learning so much through this experience—teamwork, responsibility, patience, and how to care for something beyond themselves. Every shovel, every sprout, every muddy hand is part of the process.

A big thank you to Miller Plant Farm for helping bring our gardens to life!

We are so happy with our new fence and our great experience with Prizm Vinyl, we just had to share!

We had the sweetest surprise visit… 🐥💛

A wonderful family brought in their baby ducks for the students to meet, and it was pure joy watching the curiosity, gentleness, and excitement unfold in real time. Moments like these are what childhood (and nature-based learning) are all about.

We’re so grateful for families who share these experiences with our community — thank you for bringing a little extra magic to our day! 🌿✨
