Christmas has extended into January with 3 parties this last weekend. A HUGE shout out to our premier staff who prepared and served all of this goodness! Just to give a glimpse into the numbers and you can see why we are so so PROUD of our team at AGGIES. We made appetizers: Beef Wellington Bites, Rumaki, Stuffed Mushrooms, Shrimp Cocktail and beautiful Charcuterie Boards. We prepared 63 # of AGGIES Signature Salad with our homemade dressing and served 845 dinner rolls. We carved 10 whole briskets and carved 17 Ribeyes. We grilled 250 filets and baked 250 lobster tails and made 705 loaded baked potatoes to each attendees request. We fried 500 pieces of chicken and baked 175 pieces of chicken Marsala. And don’t forget the vegetable - 1300 pieces of asparagus!!

We can’t emphasize enough what a collaborative effort this was with our entire team to serve over 700 people at 3 different locations at about the same time! We thank everyone for their support of AGGIES and as you can tell by the pictures - at AGGIES we make everything from SCRATCH. Every DISH. Every DAY!

Pies, Pies and more Pies and Plus our AGGIES delectable cheesecake. A client asked us to make several of our yummy desserts and ordered 15 pies and enough AGGIES cheesecake for 200. We made Dutch apple pies, Chocolate silk pies, coconut cream pies, key lime pies and peanut butter silk pies. We have a large variety of desserts other than pies and cheesecake that we craft in house, from scratch, offering the quality you won’t find in pre-made desserts. Our motto- at AGGIES we make everything from scratch. Every dish. Every day.

We had a client ask us to make a German dinner for 150. The menu was chicken schnitzel with white gravy, red cabbage, sauerkraut and beer brats and roasted potatoes. They also requested 5 German chocolate cakes and 10 apple strudels. Unfortunately I didn’t capture pictures of everything. At AGGIES we accomodate every request because we make everything from scratch. Every dish. Every day.

We catered a function last week for 250 and they requested a varied menu of appetizers. We provided grilled chicken satay, with a Thai marinade and peanut dipping sauce, French onion stuffed mushrooms and our popular beef tenderloin Shish Kebabs. Pulled pork sliders were abundant and we also grilled a variety of different vegetables. Coconut shrimp and orange marmalade were a big hit along with our spinach artichoke dip and pitas. We love the versatility that we can provide because at AGGIES we make everything from scratch. Every dish. Every day.

It’s beginning to look and smell a lot like Thanksgiving. Today we delivered turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes and green bean casserole to a group of 250. Have you ever wondered how much meat and fixings that takes to feed that many? Well here’s the breakdown - 500 # of turkey, 250 potatoes that were peeled, chopped, boiled and mashed. Plus several huge pans of our homemade cornbread stuffing. Not to mention many deep pans of green bean casserole. Tomorrow we do it all over again plus we are making 16 pies for the next Thanksgiving feast this week. At AGGIES we make everything from scratch. Every dish. Every day
