Christmas has extended into January with 3 parties this last weekend. A HUGE shout out to our premier staff who prepared and served all of this goodness! Just to give a glimpse into the numbers and you can see why we are so so PROUD of our team at AGGIES. We made appetizers: Beef Wellington Bites, Rumaki, Stuffed Mushrooms, Shrimp Cocktail and beautiful Charcuterie Boards. We prepared 63 # of AGGIES Signature Salad with our homemade dressing and served 845 dinner rolls. We carved 10 whole briskets and carved 17 Ribeyes. We grilled 250 filets and baked 250 lobster tails and made 705 loaded baked potatoes to each attendees request. We fried 500 pieces of chicken and baked 175 pieces of chicken Marsala. And don’t forget the vegetable - 1300 pieces of asparagus!!
We can’t emphasize enough what a collaborative effort this was with our entire team to serve over 700 people at 3 different locations at about the same time! We thank everyone for their support of AGGIES and as you can tell by the pictures - at AGGIES we make everything from SCRATCH. Every DISH. Every DAY!
