If you plan to attend a class and would like to pay with cash at the door, please let us know in advance that you’re coming.

As a small community-centered space, some of our teachers travel a considerable distance to be here. With lower attendance during the summer months, preregistration or a quick message helps us ensure we have enough participants to hold class and allows us to respect our instructors’ time and commitment.

Thank you for helping us continue to offer these wonderful classes and experiences. We truly appreciate your support of our teachers and The Soulful Collective community. 💜

Join Jason for an all-levels series dedicated to the five elements:

🌿 Welcome Jason Woehlke to The Soulful Collective! 🌿

We are incredibly fortunate and excited to welcome Jason to our teaching team at The Soulful Collective.

Beginning this month, Jason will be offering Yoga on Thursdays at 9:00 AM and will also be leading meditation experiences designed to help you reconnect, restore, and find greater ease in your daily life.

Jason has been practicing and teaching yoga for nearly 15 years. He has completed both 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs and continues to deepen his studies through Advanced Viniyoga Applications in the lineage of T.K.V. Desikachar and his father, T. Krishnamacharya.

With a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies from SUNY New Paltz, Jason brings a thoughtful and grounded approach to his teaching. He specializes in meditative practices and individualized yoga instruction that supports healing, maintenance, and transformation. His passion is helping people reorient their lives, cultivate healthy habits, and move toward their long-term goals with greater awareness and intention.

When he’s not teaching, Jason enjoys writing, hiking, spending time in nature, walking on the beach, playing golf, exploring used bookstores, and watching indie films with his wife.

Jason’s classes offer a welcoming space for students of all levels to slow down, listen inward, and discover practices that support both body and mind.

We are incredibly blessed to welcome Krista from Florida for a special evening of healing and transformation.

This immersive experience is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore harmony within. Through gentle somatic practices, conscious breathwork, and flowing qigong, you’ll be guided to move stagnant energy, reconnect with your body, and return to a state of balance and ease.

The evening concludes with a guided shamanic journey, offering space to deepen your connection with yourself, receive insight, and align with your inner wisdom.

We’ve carefully curated a variety of healing, movement, creativity, and community-centered experiences designed to support your mind, body, and spirit. From yoga and meditation to sound baths, hooping, art classes, women’s circles, and children’s camps, there truly is something for everyone.

🎉 We are so excited to be offering Hula Hooping with Kristy at several different times this month! 🎉

Think you’re too old to hula hoop? Think again! 😊

Kristy makes hooping fun, accessible, and easy for everyone. Hooping is a wonderful way to improve coordination, balance, core strength, and cardiovascular health while having a great time. Best of all, you’ll probably forget you’re exercising because you’ll be having so much fun!

Whether you’re a complete beginner or haven’t picked up a hoop in years, this class is designed to help you move, laugh, and reconnect with your playful side.

Join us for a magical evening of sisterhood, celebration, and connection as we gather to honor the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, and the vibrant energy of the Element of Fire.

As the sun reaches its peak, we’ll come together in nature to celebrate abundance, growth, and the beauty of this season of expansion. Guided by the energy of the Waxing Virgo Moon, we’ll reflect on what is flourishing in our lives and set intentions for what we wish to nurture moving forward.
