Support Local First Responders at the 3rd Annual Seguin Fall Festival
For the past three years, the Seguin Fall Festival has proudly served as a fundraiser for departments such as Guadalupe County Fire Rescue, Geronimo VFD, and other local first-responder organizations. The festival helps raise funding, awareness, and community support for the volunteer fire departments and emergency personnel who serve our area every day.
We are currently seeking:

Every vendor booth, sponsorship, and attendee helps make this event possible. All profits raised from the festival go directly back to the participating departments to help support equipment, training, and community emergency services.
Without the support of our vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and community attendance, we cannot continue giving back to the departments that serve Guadalupe County.
Join us in making the 3rd Annual Seguin Fall Festival our biggest and best event yet!

GCFR and Geronimo VFD Partnership Leads to Rapid Response That Helped Save Local Home
Guadalupe County Fire Rescue crews assigned to the newly staffed Geronimo fire station recently responded to a residential structure fire in the Navarro Ranch subdivision, arriving on scene in approximately four minutes after dispatch.
Because firefighters were already positioned within the community through the partnership between Guadalupe County Fire Rescue and the Geronimo Volunteer Fire Department, crews were able to immediately begin fire attack and search operations, significantly limiting fire extension and helping save the home.
This incident highlights the importance of strategically staffing fire stations in growing areas of Guadalupe County and continuing strong partnerships with local volunteer fire departments to enhance emergency response capabilities and improve outcomes for residents.
βPartnerships like this with Geronimo VFD allow our firefighters to already be positioned within the community they serve. When emergencies happen, minutes matter. Having full-time staffing at the Geronimo station allows crews to respond immediately, begin rescue and suppression operations faster, and greatly improve outcomes for our residents and community,β said Patrick Pinder, Guadalupe County Fire Marshal/Emergency Management Coordinator.
Guadalupe County remains committed to strengthening emergency services through partnerships, station staffing, and regional coordination to meet the needs of the countyβs growing population.
