A lovely, second-floor corner unit in the historic hotel is up for grabs for just $1,300, with all bills paid (minus internet) – did we mention a luxurious claw-foot bath tub?
A pleasant two-block walk, out the vintage fire escape, to the Wayside & Texas Theater northward, or our charming Downtown southward. Pecantown is a 6-min walk, the library just 8 minutes.
We've only moved out due to a parent's serious illness that required quick relocation, else we'd very happily stay here...
