Northwest Gravel Kermesse Series The Northwest Gravel Kermesse Cup event page promotes awareness of Rokhard Production's Gravel Kermesse races in the greater Puget Sound region.

Mission Statement: Our mission is to create epic events that are more than just one and done races. They are meant to be experiences that are accessible to both experienced racers, beginners and the family and friends that support them.

2014 Schedule: We have ambitious plans for 2014. We have some exciting new venues targeted in addition to our sure-things. We also know that we won't pull all

the new venues we're pursuing off. So we're holding off on announcing race details until we've confirmed venues. Regardless of the venues dates will be:

June 21-22 Two Day of Pain
July 22nd TBD Kermesse
Aug 2nd Mashel Nisqually Kermesse
Aug 16th TBD Kermesse
Sep 30th Ronde Ohop
Aug 11, 18 & 25 Pacific Raceways Kermesses

What is a Kermesse? Kermesse races include a mix of road and dirt sections. Our Kermesse racing normally split the dirt 50/50 with road while the Roubaix or Ronde style races usually include longer road sections to take the sting out. While road or cross bikes can be used we strongly advise 25 or 28c tires depending on the course difficulty which rates Easy, Moderate, Difficult and Out of Category.

If we could bring one of the Gravel Kermesse races back, which would it be: Ronde Ohop, Mashel Nisqually or Buckley? Asking for a friend.

All races start at 10am tomorrow. Sign-in will open at 9am. Forms will be in a binder. If you have raced previously you need to inital tomorrow's race on the waiver *and* fill out the special waver required by the property owner. If you have not raced one of our events this year you will need to fill out the series waver and the special waiver plus collect your number.
