Texas Tommy is a move that can lead to injuries if done poorly. In Team 2, we worked on these key points that make the move work safely.

This is just how we think of the Texas Tommy; there are other perspectives out there that are worth exploring as well!

Big Apple follow along! We’re learning the Big Apple in Team 3 right now; DM if you’d like to join!

The Big Apple was originally a social dance craze of the 1930s. It was a called dance where someone called the moves and everyone followed along.

The Big Apple, the routine, was choreographed by Frankie Manning for Whitey’s Lindy Hoppers and was performed in the movie, Keep Punching (1939).
