Bill will take you through the entire chocolate-making journey, from harvesting and processing cacao beans to drying, roasting, grinding, conching, molding, and more. And the best part? You’ll get to taste fresh cacao fruit straight from the pod!

With three decades of experience educating, consulting, and teaching all things chocolate, Bill brings an incredible amount of knowledge (and passion!) to the table.
