To Our Rock The Farm Family,
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the end of an era for Rock the Farm Festival. Founded in 2012 as a fundraiser for HealingUS Communities (formerly CFC Loud N Clear Foundation), Rock the Farm brought together two of our greatest passions, music and recovery. Over the past 12 years, we’ve had the privilege of hosting some truly unforgettable shows and we will forever cherish the memories and connections made during this incredible journey. Unfortunately, due to the impact of a hurricane in 2023 and the ongoing financial challenges we face, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to no longer hold the festival moving forward.
When we had to cancel in 2023, our funding was significantly reduced. Moving the event to June 2024 in an attempt to keep the nonprofit afloat only made it harder to continue the festival’s legacy. With rising costs for bands and diminished funding, it’s become too costly to sustain an event of this scale. For us, Rock The Farm was more than just a festival; it was vital to our mission. It provided almost 9 months of funding for our work with individuals in recovery. For now, we must focus on preserving the core of what we do, helping those in need. We are so deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us over the years: the attendees, the bands, the vendors, all of our volunteers, Jim Maglies, and the township of Seaside Heights.
What began with only a couple hundred people grew into a beautiful gathering of thousands, singing, dancing, and celebrating life together. We thank each of you for being a part of this remarkable chapter. We hope to dance along with you again someday soon.
