MERCHANDISE VENDORS:
In keeping with our mission to provide a place for local artisans, musicians, and entrepreneurs
to share their craft, acceptable merchandise shall be described in any of the following ways:
unique, vintage, upcycled, artistic, and/or handcrafted. Boutique items are also acceptable for
entrepreneurs in a small business. Not allowed are vendors who represent multi-level marketin
g items or who operate a brickand-
mortar franchise. No political booths of any kind are allowed; also no political
merchandise (t-shirts, bumper stickers, decals, business cards, handouts, etc) of any kind will
be sold or handed out by any vendor. Any vendor violating this rule will be asked to shut down
their booth immediately and will not be allowed to return. FUNDRAISERS/COMMUNITY AWARENESS BOOTHS:
We will allow four of these types of booths per event. A group representing community
awareness efforts or groups doing fundraisers may have one booth per calendar year. INTERACTIVE BOOTHS:
Interactive games or activities must be either handmade, artistic, or unique; they must be
approved by the committee at least three days prior to the event date. Bring enough battery-powered lanterns or string lights so that your booth will shine
throughout the evening.
*. Provide photo ops in your booth, including a sign: &eats; post in Instagram,
SnapChat, Twitter, and/or Facebook during the evening or immediately after the event.
*. Provide pictures of your merchandise to the committee for marketing prior to the event.
