In September my crew will attempt a whole hog for a crowd that probably thinks we have done one before. This does not bother me having cooked 320 lbs of pork butts at one time but it is a little different. My crew is up for the challenge and I expect it to be a big hit. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. Feel free to give me some good advise. Cooking reverse flow offset stick burner. Yep I’ll be up early.
