Bacon Hill Bonanza 5K & 10K Road Race The Pies are Back!!! The 14th Annual Bacon Hill Bonanza 5K/10K Road Race will be Saturday May 2nd at 10:00 AM - Kid's 1-mile Fun Run at 9:30.

Register on line at www.baconhillbonanza.com The 10th Annual Bonanza Race starts and finishes at the Bacon Hill Church 560 Route 32N Schuylerville, NY 12871 on Saturday, April 22. Kid's 1-mile Fun Run at 9:30. All participants receive a gift card for a Stewart's ice cream cone. First boy and girl to cross the finish line win a Toll House Pie. NEW THIS YEAR - any kid (less than 12 years old) with a

parent/family member signed up for the 5k or 10k race can participate in the kid's fun run for FREE! The 5K Race (walk or run) and the 10K Race start at 10:00. Both the 5K and 10K courses are certified and sanctioned by the USATF. Overall Male and Female winners receive a "Bounty of Bacon Hill" gift basket along with a homemade pie. Age group male and female winners (5 year increments from 14 and under to 80+) receive a pie. 2nd place - King's Ice Cream cone certificate. 3rd place receive homemade cookies. The first 300 registered participants receive a T-shirt. (Sizes are not guaranteed - but we do our best!!)

King Bros Dairy chocolate milk, fruit and cookies at the finish line for all. Can't be with us that day....? Choose one of our virtual options! The virtual choices are a 1 mile, 5k or 10k run. You choose where you would like to run. The Bonanza 5k and 10k courses will be open and marked from April 7 through April 22nd, but will not be closed to traffic. Please do not run your virtual race on our course during race hours. You are welcome to use our course after 2:00 PM Saturday, April 22nd. The majority of the race proceeds go to the Bacon Hill Church. 10% is being given to the Open Door Mission of Glens Falls to help serve homeless and low income individuals in the greater Glens Falls area. opendoor-ny.org

When you run the Bonanza Race this Saturday, May 2nd, www.baconhillbonanza.com not only can you win a pie (64 homemade pies ready for age group and overall winners!), but 10% of the profit goes to S.A.F.E.R. !! Online registration has closed. You can register in person from 5:30-6:30 Friday night at the Bacon Hill Church 560 Route 32N Schuylerville - or before the race (8:30 - 9:30) AM Saturday morning. It's going to be a beautiful day to run - and maybe win a pie or some homemade cookies. Kings Dairy Chocolate milk at the finish line for everyone - lots of crock pots of chili as well.
