Call for Vendors

We're now accepting vendor applications for the 21st Annual Little Italy StreetFest.

There are a few important updates for this year:

• Fully Digital Application – No more paper forms, checks, or mailing delays. All applications and payments are handled online.
• Assigned Arrival Time Slots – Each vendor must select a setup time when applying. Space and types of vendors within each time slot is limited, and vendors are required to arrive at their selected time.
• Gift Basket Blind Auction Option – Some booth options include a $25 discount in exchange for providing a gift basket (approx. $25 value), which will be used in our blind auction fundraiser.

THANK YOU to EVERYONE for attending.

Even though we had rain, it was still a great Saturday to explore Schenectady and enjoy any of the various events happening to dive deeper into the diverse cultures and traditions that make Schenectady, Schenectady.

A special shout out to the freshmen at Union College who helped early in the morning and the afternoon with various tasks we threw at them for Toll Day. You made it so much easier with the moving parts.

Another thank you to our entertainment: TS Ensemble, The Rogues, The Refrigerators, DJ Gru, Ed Clifford & Friends for keeping us all entertained and in the grove.

Thank you to the various craft and artisan food vendors who lined the street with the most unique and delectable offerings.

A huge, huge shout out and thank you to the business (Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, Schenectady Trading Company, More Perreca’s, Perreca’s Bakery, Cornell’s, Hunter’s on Jay, Civitello’s, Kristin’s Terme, and MopCo) and volunteers of the Little Italy Business Association for organizing, planning, and brainstorming all of the day’s activities. For without you, this event would not happen!

And finally, a special thank is in order for our sponsor, County Waste.

If you have any feedback or photos from the day, please feel free to share it below or at [email protected]
[Please keep in mind that the Little Italy Business Association is not responsible for the prices set forth by the vendors for the items and services in which they sell, therefore it’s best to provide that feedback to those providers directly.]
