❓️Do I have to have read the book?
Nope. Not at all.
If you’ve read it, amazing. If you haven’t, you’ll still feel right at home. This isn’t a book report, it’s a live conversation.

❓️Is this live or online?
It’s live on Zoom.
We meet weekly, in real time, together on Wednesdays at 715pm EST.

❓️Is this a course or coaching?
Neither.
This is a guided discussion space, no lectures, no pressure, no fixing. Just honest conversation, reflection, and gentle accountability.

❓️What is Press Play When…?

This started as a personal permission slip. One I didn’t even realize I needed. But the conversation with myself was unrelenting. So many new questions and I was here for them all! Like, "what would it feel like to release the IMAGINED control?" To be free of needing to steer everything towards the outcome I thought was best for THEM? Read that again. 😅

I'm happy I can laugh at myself. It feels so amazing to be on the other side of needing to fix everything. To "let them" figure it out. And to "watch me" enjoy life at a completely different level. To "watch me" dial back the chronic stress I was once under! To "watch me" breathe deeply and set my frequency to Joy everyday and be able to maintain that frequency for hours, then days, then months...

Now I celebrate, encourage and allow. Whew! So....

What happens when we

stop managing
stop controlling and
stop carrying what was never ours?

We breathe.
We soften.
We live differently.
