The engines are running red-hot in the stratosphere as K24 Flying Car Madness crosses its 23rd day, with a staggering 4,008 validated flights already logged on the global radar! At the absolute front of the pack, Joko Trisnanto is piloting his vessel with unmatched precision, amassing an unbelievable 154,005 points across 290 entries to leave the competition in his contrails. Chasing hard in his wake are Widodo Saputra and the USA's Darin "Bigfoot" Bartholomew, pulling 87,130 and 68,959 points respectively.

Looking across the wider airspace, the leaderboard is completely swarmed by an aerial fleet of expert throwers, who continue to demonstrate their expect throwing skills —including high-flyer Andreas Berek holding strong in 5th place. Interestingly, this high-octane tournament proves that it isn't just about the titans at the top; but every single pilot who launches their blades into the sky has a chance to strike gold, no matter their altitude on the scoreboard through our amazing random cash prize drawings.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Hello everyone! It is really impressive to see the excellent start to K24 Flying Car Madness. I want to take a moment to address a misinterpretation that K24 is more about cumulative scoring than skill. The exact opposite is true and is clear in our scores. Although there is an interesting path for some additional points via large numbers of entries, all of our leaders are there because they have scored a higher average score per entry. As we see, their higher scoring average is because they have scored from farther back and earned the highest individual scores in the tournament to-date. This is all due to skill. An easy example is Tentrem. He is in 6th Place with only 15 entries. Only one of those entries makes up 91% of his score. This is true for most of the leaders. It is possible to score only three times and take a massive lead in K24. We see clearly that most of those in the Top-20 are there because of one or two high scoring entries. Another perfect example is Joko Trisnanto. Joko has won the last two Aim Games against record numbers of entries (that were not cumulative). He has a 500pt average in this event which dominates the field, again by scoring higher in a handful of entries. That is all skill. The fact that a few athletes are able to grind their way up the scores is simply providing a new path that has never existed before to see what happens. After two weeks, we see skill is far, far ahead of cumulative lower scoring entries. One more of endless examples: There is an athlete with 3 entries with a total score is over double that of another athlete with 48 entries.

----------

It is all in fun with a niche for the best of the best to compete for real over 80-days. K24 is the first of 34 Aim Games spanning 11 years of 80-Day free tournaments to add a cumulative component. It has never been done like this in any sport. We are proud to be breaking new ground. Times are changing in our sport for the better. Our goal is to recruit the best athletes worldwide as hired professionals representing our sport. The Aim Games are transitioning to this as the primary goal. We hope you enjoy our creative recruitment process that includes innovative new contests, and we hope to see you throwing professionally on our upcoming media platforms, and in Las Vegas for the IKTHOF 2.0 World Championships in the years to come.

Rick "The Rocket"
Founder and Executive Director

We are officially 12 days into the K24 excitement, and the energy is absolutely incredible—the "flying cars" are already piling up at the Department of Flying Vehicles headquarters!

We are thrilled to celebrate two incredible athletes, Joko Trisnanto and Tentrem, who have both scored perfect sets from 4 meters by achieving 4 center cuts! These exceptional throwers are truly showing us all how it is done. We were especially inspired to learn that Joko manages to dedicate 2 to 5 hours a day to his K24 practice, all while beautifully balancing a demanding schedule that includes raising livestock on a farm and contributing to other organizations. His unwavering dedication to perfecting his craft is truly shining through, earning him an outstanding average of 430 points per entry. K24 Target Stencils

We are pleased to provide a shipping update for those who requested stencils: all domestic shipments within the United States have been successfully delivered, and international packages are currently arriving at their destinations. Regarding distribution in Indonesia, the shipment will soon reach Bimo, who will subsequently forward the stencils to the designated clubs.

The Aim Games is pleased to offer complimentary stencils to assist competitors in painting their targets; however, because the stencils require significant resources to produce and ship globally, we expect recipients to actively participate in the tournament. To ensure the sustainability of this program, future stencil distributions will be limited exclusively to individuals who compete in the events for which they requested them. Regretfully, any competitor who receives a complimentary stencil but fails to enter the corresponding tournament will be removed from the free stencil program moving forward.

K24 Target Guidelines

To ensure fair and accurate gameplay, please follow these instructions when creating and maintaining your K24 targets:

Take your time when drawing and painting your target to ensure it meets all the guidelines outlined in the "Target" slides of the Gameplay Rules.

The layout and placement of your target sections must closely match the official target diagram provided in the slides.

As your target begins to wear down from use, please repaint it or replace it with a new one. A clearly visible target is essential for ensuring accurate and fair scoring on close calls.

Four high-octane days of Flying Car School are officially in the books! The leaderboard is in a state of constant flux as our athletes push the limits of precision and skill.

A massive shout-out to Darin Bartholomew, who electrified the standings with a bold move by throwing from the 5-meter distance. His incredible consistency and technical prowess under pressure have vaulted him to a cumulative total of 4,675 points! However, the race is far from over—a field of world-class athletes is surging forward, and they are nipping at his heels.

Stay sharp, stay focused, and keep those blades flying!

K24 Rule Reminders

To ensure every point you earn hits the scoreboard, please review these critical competition requirements:

Every video entry must begin with the competitor facing the camera. You must clearly state (verbally or via a written sign) the following:

K24
Distance / Rotation (e.g., 3m / 1 rotation)
Date & Time of the start of the entry (e.g., May 4, 21:05)

A valid entry requires 3 or 4 target sections to be scored in sequential order. You are allowed one miss per entry—if you miss, simply move to the next target. Do not re-throw at the same section. Crucial: If your knife strikes the building, the entry ends at that point.

We require clear close-ups of every knife that sticks, to include misses, into the target. Failure to provide a close-up ends the entry at that point. Note that if the knife drops, a close up is not required.

When prepping your target, ensure the target sections locations mirror the official diagram as close as possible.

Sections 1 & 2 must be visibly closer to the boundary line.
Sections 3 & 4 must be positioned closer to the building.

Keep the momentum going, competitors. We can’t wait to see who claims the top spot!
