Meet Lindsay! 🏃♀️✨ Lindsay is celebrating 13 years of running by taking on her first 13.1 this year. What started as a fun 5K with friends back in 2013 quickly turned into a love for the camaraderie and race-day atmosphere. Since then, she’s tackled races like the Stockade-athon, Ragnar, and even a biathlon.
After a brief hiatus, Lindsay is excited to lace up her running shoes again 👟. She’s just beginning her training, but she’s looking forward to the feeling of setting a goal and seeing it through—not just on race day, but every day. Beyond finishing, her goals are to soak in the electric race energy ⚡ and connect with others in the running community. 🤝
If you don’t consider yourself “a runner,” Lindsay believes you just have to start—no specific pace, distance, body type, or experience required. The shift happens when you commit to something, like signing up for a race 📅. That small bit of accountability turns “maybe someday” into “I’m doing this.” All it takes is putting one foot in front of the other 👣
Beyond her running, Lindsay is a registered dietitian 🥗 and the founder of Pinnacle Nutrition in Saratoga.
Specializing in data-driven nutrition and metabolic insights, she helps people understand their metabolism, build healthier habits, and feel stronger in their bodies. 💫
