Another perfect day here at The Hideaway at Saratoga Lake. The sun is shining, and the golf course is rocking. It doesn't get much better!

It's a crazy time of year with Belmont in full swing downtown and many new faces in the area. Some LOVE this craziness and have to be a part of it, while some LOATHE it and try. to stay away; trust us, we get it either way, neither is wrong.

We here at The Hideaway at Saratoga Lake like to plant ourselves somewhere in the middle. We welcome everyone, whether they are here for a party with friends and looking to get “turnt” or just looking to enjoy a dinner with the family without the table next to you yelling at the horses running on the TV (for the record, they can't hear you). We embrace it all and enjoy every minute of it.

Come out tonight, or at any point this weekend, and say hello to some of our smiling faces. We are open until 9pm.

Good afternoon, everyone.
My name is Tim; you may know me from years of service here at the Hideaway. I've been here from the beginning, and today is officially my last day as the General Manager of the Hideaway… And, to be honest, I couldn't be happier!

No, I am not going anywhere. I'm still going to be here as an owner and will be helping out wherever I'm needed, so all the customers and staff are stuck with me for the foreseeable future (I'm sorry). But I do have quite a BIG announcement to share with everyone.

The reason I can step back and focus on the ownership side is that we have hired a “new” general manager. We are beyond excited to welcome back our longtime chef, Casey Noviello, as our new general manager. I could not pass the role on to a more talented or better person, and I am excited to work with him to continue making the Hideaway the best it can be.

I do also want to take a moment and thank the staff for the tremendous job they have been doing this golf season. They take on every day and every challenge with a can-do attitude and the excitement needed to keep pushing us to where we know we can go. We still have some work to do, but every day we live, and we learn, and that is undoubtedly what is needed.

We had a great time working with The Lucky Puppy Rescue for their golf tournament last month, and some of our events team were lucky enough to be invited to the ribbon-cutting ceremony for their new bus. We are so happy for them, they are the best!

While at the event today, Adrienne and Courtney were lucky enough to meet one of the most popular local celebrities. Yes, that is right, they got to meet Miss Peaches and her handler, pictured below.

(Yes, we are aware the handler is David Portnoy - El Presidente)

“Salad Season” is officially in full swing here at Saratoga Lake Golf Club… see what we did there? 😄🥗⛳️

We were also honored to get a shoutout from Saratoga.com yesterday for being in their Top 5 for Best Burgers in Saratoga. Big tip of the hat to all the other great restaurants and breweries on that list — you should absolutely go check them out too.

Our burgers deserve the love they’ve been getting… BUT if you’ve ever had one of our salads, you know they’re a whole different level.

These have been raved about since day one — built with fresh veggies (and fruit in some cases), and served overflowing in their “serving vessel” (or bowl, as some call it 😉).

Here’s a look at four great choices — one table wanted to try a little bit of everything… and let’s just say they were very happy with that decision.

Today is one of our favorite tournaments of the year here at the Hideaway, Paws on the Green with The Lucky Puppy Rescue!

Here are some of the cute faces that came to say hello to all the golfers today, including Pops who’s in the first photo. Who you may recognize from Barstool Sports and his old owner David Portnoy, who found him a nice home and dog parent. They stopped by for a special visit. He’s such a good dog!

We take unbelievable pride in being nominated for so many great categories — and making the Top 5 in multiple is a huge honor. And coming in at #1 for Group Dining says a lot about our team and the hard work they’ve been putting in.

We were up against some incredible restaurants in every category, so a big congratulations to all of you as well. Saratoga is lucky to have so many amazing establishments.
